Privacy Statement and Cookie Policy The International Telematic University UNINETTUNO (hereafter referred to as UNINETTUNO), based in Rome (Italy), Corso Vittorio Emanuele II n. 39 (Tax Code Nr. 97394340588), in its capacity of “Holder of the Treatment” communicates you, in compliance with art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, the following information concerning the treatment of the personal data of the users of portal and of the related services. 1. Nature of the treated data and aims of the treatment. The consultation of the portal can imply the treatment of the following data that can be directly or indirectly referred to the user. Navigation data: they are technical information that are automatically acquired by the information system during consultation, through communication protocols; these data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the portal and to check its functioning and are not associated to identifiable users; however, they may allow to indirectly identify the user by association with data owned by third parties. Data for using online services: these are the personal data of the user required to carry out his registration and online acknowledgement to the restricted area of the portal and allow the use of the related services. 2. Treatment modes. Navigation data are automatically deleted from the system after statistics have been processed. All personal data of the users of the portal are processed with the aid of computer tools in a lawful and fair manner for the fulfilment of the above-mentioned purposes and are protected by suitable security measures that guarantee their confidentiality, integrity, accuracy, availability and updating. They are kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed. 3. Use of technical and analytic cookies. Cookies are small text strings that are sent to the processor (PC, notebook, smart phone, tablet etc.) by the user while consulting the portal and that are stored in the browser to be retrieved on the following occasion of consultation. This portal utilizes only “technical cookies” (that is to say those that are aimed at the online transmission of the information and services requested by the user) to assure the general navigation and use of the services also in function of selected criteria (for example, the selected language) and “analytics cookies” (that is to say those that are aimed at collecting information, even on aggregated formats, on the number of users who visited the portal and on their consultation modes). In this latter case, the portal makes use of the monitoring cookies offered by the Google Analytics service of the Google Inc. company to generate internal statistical data on the use of the portal that do not store personal data. It is possible to consult information on Google Inc.’s privacy policy regarding this service on: http://www.google.com/intl/it_ALL/analytics/learn/privacy.html . We do not use cookies for promotional or advertising purposes, even if they are third party (so-called "profiling cookies") ones. The user's consent is not required for the installation of technical or analytics cookies, however, it is always possible to disable their use by selecting the appropriate setting via the commands of the browser used by the user or only to disable cookies analytics, by installing the opt-out add-on provided by Google Inc. at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=it . 4. Juridical bases of the treatment of data. The treatment of the above-mentioned personal data of the user is necessary and instrumental to the use of the online services and, consequently, it is, therefore, required for the execution of the contract of which the concerned person is part or to the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted upon demand of the user himself. For this reason, the treatment does not require the consent of the concerned person. 5. Rights of the concerned person. The concerned person may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and, in particular, has the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence or non-existence of his/her personal data, their updating, rectification or, if he/she is interested, integration, erasure, anonymisation or blocking in whole or in part of those processed in breach of the law, and the portability of the personal data provided.
