TARGET GROUP
This specific module will enable airport operators to gain an in-depth understanding of the concept of change management which is related to automation and emerging technologies in airport operations.
This module will enable ATC to deal with change and stress when the environments require to fit in new roles. They will also learn the stress and change mechanisms and tools for self empowermening themselves.
This specific module will enable pilot to learn new aircraft procedures, and to train all the normal and emergency procedures that have to be known without the help of the procedures manual.
This specific module will enable the RPAS to develop the safety-based judgement skill as a whole, with a particular focus on risk management, and will include topics like: workload and stress management.
